

Yoga was introduced as a new club for the 6 th Form this year. The students enjoy a calm and peaceful start to their Friday mornings and an opportunity to relax and take a break from their regular daily routine. Research has shown that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness and overall health. Students have developed their strength, flexibility, balance and awareness of their body. Every Senior School student now does at least one ‘active’ club, either a sport or dance, to help them stay fit and healthy and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
