Seasons of the Willows

This year’s Junior School production took place on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 March at the Kamatha New Theatre, BMICH. Seasons of the Willows, an adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows, follows a close-knit group of woodland animals – Mole, Rat, Badger and the irrepressible Mr. Toad – as they navigate friendship, adventure and the changing seasons along the riverbank and in the Wild Wood. When Toad’s reckless obsession with speed and status threatens their peaceful world, the others must come together to save both him and their home. The play celebrated friendship, responsibility and the power of working together through song, dance and much comedy. Toot, toot!
