Our Under-20 Girls’ team’s victory in their Inter-International Schools’ tournament completed a record-breaking year in our two main team sports, Basketball and Football. Our teams reached the semi-finals in thirteen out of 16 tournaments over the past year, reaching the final in seven and winning four. This is more than any other school apart from Gateway College. This is a remarkable achievement given that there are 22 TISSL schools, almost all of whom have far more students. As the only international school in Sri Lanka that has a football pitch, indoor basketball court, swimming pool and cricket nets, Moir sports will surely only improve in the years ahead.
